How to View the Newest Version of
WINGS |
"Help! The
newest version of the latest WINGS post is not showing
on my computer screen! The WINGS post from several
days ago is all that seems to be posted."
I can assure you, the
newest version has indeed been posted, even though
you may not be seeing it. The newest WINGS
page has been programmed to refresh automatically
every 15 minutes. If you are only seeing an older
version, you may need to wait 15 minutes. You can
also press F5 or delete your cookies under Tools
in your Internet Options selection if you do not
want to wait. This page has also been programmed
not to "cache" (save an older version), either in
your computer or on your server.
If you
are still experiencing a problem:
Type
in the url for the web site
(www.emergingearthangels.com) in your browser
window...then /2008/wings12.16.2008.html replacing
the date shown here with the date of the post
indicated in your e-mail (if you are on the list
for e-mail notifications that a new WINGS has just
been posted). For instance, www.emergingearthangels.com/2009/wings1.5.2009.html
and so on.
If you
type in the url with the date as described above,
you should always be fine. The newest WINGS posts
are offered on two pages…the newest WINGS page and
also a page with the specific date in the url. The
page with the date in the url is new, and in this
way it will avoid any caching or refreshing
problems.
