- What are your career goals? Some jobs will give you the opportunity to grow career wise while others keep you on the same level. You should be able to move from a fresher or trainee to a managerial position within the first year of working.
- The size of a company could have a significance to the salary and facilities. Big companies are known to pay well and offer better facilities to their employees. Some small companies, on the other hand, pay well and offer much flexibility.
